Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 200g self-raising flour
- 150g caster sugar
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and cubed
- 150g butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 100ml apple juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat oven: 160 °C fan
- Mix ingredients in a large bowl; don’t overmix
- Add apples last
- Transfer batter to lined tin
- Bake: 55–70 minutes
- Check at 60 minutes with a skewer
